Many of us have been challenged by these symptoms at times during this pandemic. Jesus knew these stressors all too well, being full human as well as fully God. Here Pastor Matt shares about Jesus’ invitation to come to Him “and find rest for your souls.”

Physical training can be valuable, but spiritual training is even more important. How are you being intentional to grow spiritually during this season?
