Livestream usually opens for you to join around 9:55am CST with the service starting at 10:00am. If you see a message that the video is unavailable, just reload the page after 9:55am.
Tips for no audio or bad quality audio
- There may be two volume controls depending on your device or computer. One for the video player or app, and one for the whole computer or phone. Make sure both volumes are set appropriately.
- If you have a poor Internet connection, Facebook and YouTube may degrade the stream quality resulting in poor audio. Try reloading the stream or turning off other devices on your home network that may be consuming bandwidth.
