[Psalm 51] Psalm 51 is King David’s prayer of confession, repentance and restoration after he sinned by taking a woman a having her husband killed to cover it up.
We see David declaring four things in this prayer:
- You still want me! (Psalm 51:1-2)
- I’m a mess! (Psalm 51:3-6)
- Father, make me clean. (Psalm 51:7-9)
- Restore Me. (Psalm 51:10-19)
